Kathy has designed and built custom homes since 1979 as a real estate developer/ builder and received awards and magazine articles for her interior decorating on the model homes she built in the luxury home subdivision, LA Montana Camelback in Phx. AZ. Her interior design projects for residential clients and for commercial/hospitality/Sr. Care have been featured in magazines and in two books published by the American Institute of Architects. She is in demand for construction projects as a designer working on architectural plans and supervising construction leading in all cases to cost savings and fewer architectural plan mistakes.
